Stressed But Well-Dressed

Ugh, i know it's those lace shorts again. I'm sorry it's just that Moira and I decided to join a contest being held in What I Wear and one of the challenges is to create an outfit that consists of their website's theme colors (white, orange and black). Here's the outfit I chose!

Put It On Me

Like I said before, Angie Miller from AI is currently on a summer tour. I watched one of the videos from their concerts wherein she performed her original song "Put It On Me". I instantly fell in love with the song and her voice! How I wish they would tour in the Philippines :((

This is what I wore last Saturday for my refresher class.

I felt like Ariana Grande because of the very girly effect of this outfit! Too bad and sad that I can't sing like her lol

Top: H&M, Pants: Cotton On, Shoes: Solemate

Whut

Shirt and Jeans: Forever 21, Shoes: Banana Republic (borrowed from sissy)

You barely see me wear jeans it's because it's been really hot these past few days and I just can't bear it. Anyway, this is one of the rare times I will be wearing pants so.... (idk what I'm saying anymore). I love the contrast of the light blue jeans with the black muscle tee. And look guys (actually don't look), I finally mustered up the courage to show you my "man" feet.

Holy Chic!

It's only the first quarter in school, but I've already got so many on my plate! Thankfully, I'm done with projects so the only things to worry about now are exams. Aaah! Tomorrow, we will have a pre-NAT. After that, I'll have my mock test for review, and 10 days from now I'll be taking the UPCAT. Wish me and Kim luck??

This is what I wore for my refresher class last Sunday.

Top: Tigerlily, Polo: Stradivarius, Leggings: Cotton On, Shoes: Skechers

With all the stress, all I can say now is...holy chic! (this is the part where you laugh because I'm funny or you do nothing because I'm corny haha)

Dare to Fail

So right now I'm making an essay that's part of a college application form. And while searching for a quote that I can include in my essay, I stumbled upon this one: "Dream big and dare to fail." It was written by someone named Norman Vaughan. I don't know him (lol) but I'm very thankful for what he wrote. This quote is actually a big part of my life right now since I'm going into college soon and there are certain universities that I really want to go into! So wish me luck guys! Anyway, yesterday we went to the mall and this is what I wore.

Guess which character's on my shirt!!

This is my i-didn't-watch-sona-yolo pose!

RAIDED: Girl Power

Today, I'd like to share with you my six idols I look up to in life :)

1. Angie Miller. When I first saw her on AI, I immediately googled her to see what she's like in real life. I learned that she's a pastors' kid so she's very religious. Her motto in life is "Dream Big" that's why she chased her dream to be a singer. She is a really great role model. Currently, she is on tour with the other members of American Idol's Top 11.

2. Anna Kendrick. Just like what I did with Angie, I instantly googled Anna right after I saw Pitch Perfect. I learned that she is an Oscar-nominated actress for her work in "Up in the Air". She also gained a Tony nomination at the age of 9! She stands at the height of 5'1", but despite that she is still very successful.

3. Audrey Hepburn. Audrey is such a timeless beauty. I look up to her because she is an EGOT --- an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony winner. She is also a fashion icon, and she also helped the less fortunate by being a UNICEF ambassador.

4. Lucy Hale. I LOVE HER. I like that she's not the typical tall and slim celebrity. She is petite and she's not super thin which makes her look real cute! What people don't know is that she started as a singer by joining "American Juniors", before she got her big break on "Pretty Little Liars". She will be launching her debut country album later this year so I'm so excited!

5. Miley Cyrus. Miley has faced a lot of rumors and issues at a young age. But despite all that, she continues to have a really kind heart. You might think it's weird that I'm saying that especially since she has changed her image. But in interviews, I see that she's still the same Miley. I absolutely love her!

6. Sharpay Evans. Sharpay is a fictional character, but I still look up to her. She is very confident with herself and I want to be like that too. She was actually the one who influenced me to love pink and to always stay classy not trashy and just a little bit sassy! It would be a dream come true for me to play her role in a musical.

Hooray for long weekend! (even though I have lots of things to do for school boo)

Lace + Aztec

We had our college orientation in school awhile ago and it was so fun! Plus there were no classes yaaaay. I'm really confused on the colleges and courses I will be taking as of the moment. But you came here not to see me blab about colleges right? So let's get on with the outfit!
